WE DID IT! WE SAVED MICKEY! LET’S NOW SAVE BUCK AND BILL!

Municipal Court Judge Deborah Griffin chose to spare the dog Mickey. But she pointed out that her job is to protect the public, so she ordered the dog to be defanged, neutered and micro-chipped, and never to be adopted or to be in the public eye. Instead, Mickey will be placed in a sanctuary facility. She gave attorney John Schill five weeks to look for a facility that will meet her criteria.
Hopefully, a good sanctuary will come forward to take Mickey, and this sweet boy will have a much better life than before. As for the term "defanging", although a ghastly term, his canines will only be ground down, nor removed. This was the Judge's decision, and is allowed under the Phoenix City Ordinance.

WE'VE SAVED ONE INNOCENT DOG, SO NOW LET’S MOVE ON AND HELP OTHERS!

Let's help Karen Erskine to bring home her babies, who have been sentenced to death by Manatee County in Florida because of an isolated incident. Buck and Bill have been in quarantine since December 2012.
UPDATE: MANATEE ANIMAL SHELTER CLOSES AS PROTESTERS FIGHT ORDER TO KILL DOGS BUCK AND BILL. Manatee County is moving forward with the euthanization of two dogs after a judge ruled to uphold a county order to kill the dogs. The dogs have not yet been murdered and the county attorney's office is reviewing the order.
